Parent Announcement: SBDM Council Update
Dear Bulldog Families,
We did not receive any nominations for the minority parent representative position on our School-Based Decision Making (SBDM) Council. As a result, the position will remain vacant at this time, and there will not be a parent election today.
If you are interested in filling this position and serving as a voice for our families, please contact the school. We welcome the opportunity to speak with anyone interested in serving in this important role.
In the meantime, in accordance with our SBDM policy, we will hold a special election for an additional teacher representative to serve on the council. The purpose of this additional position is to help ensure that the interests, perspectives, and needs of our minority populations remain at the heart of our discussions and decision-making.
At Providence Elementary, we believe every student and family deserves to be heard, valued, and represented. We appreciate your continued partnership as we work together to make decisions that support all of our Bulldogs!

If you haven't signed up to participate in the trunk or treat event, please do so. We currently have 4 cars signed up. You can call the school to let us know if you would like to participate in this event.
Make sure you check with your child's teacher on how you can support this event. You can donate items the teacher needs, volunteer some of your time to work their booth, and/or come to the event to have a great time and make lasting memories together!
