This form let's us know how many doughnuts to order. This form doesn't not run ID information for easy entry to event.

🪪 Important School Safety Requirement
To help us maintain a safe school environment, ALL grandparents and adult guests must present a valid photo ID upon entry to the school. This is an important part of our school safety protocol.
To make the check-in process as quick and smooth as possible, we strongly encourage all grandparents and guests to pre-register their information using the link below:

When guests pre-register, we are able to process their ID information before the event and have their visitor badge prepared when they arrive on September 10th.
Please have grandparents complete the online pre-registration no later than the end of the day on Wednesday, September 9th.
Guests may also stop by the school during regular school hours between now and Wednesday, September 9th to present their valid photo ID in advance.📚 Don't Forget the Book Fair!
Our School Book Fair will also be open on Thursday, September 10th! We know many grandparents may want to visit the Book Fair with their grandchildren, and we would love for them to have that opportunity when possible.
However, we are unable to move the Book Fair to the gym for the Doughnuts with Grands event. The Book Fair will remain in the library.
For safety purposes, grandparents or other guests must have a background check on file in order to accompany their grandchild into the library for the Book Fair.
Background check forms are available at the school and should be completed prior to the event. Please be aware that background checks typically take approximately two days to process.
Only guests with an approved background check on file will be permitted to enter the library for the Book Fair.

Our Providence Elementary School fundraiser is officially underway, and we want to make this our best fundraiser ever! Every sale helps provide additional opportunities and resources for our Bulldogs, and students can earn some pretty fun prizes along the way! 🐾💛🖤

🚀 Ready to Boost Your Sales?
There are several easy ways students can increase their sales and reach more family and friends:
1. Make sure you're registered and activated!
If your child has not yet registered or activated their fundraising account, please take a few minutes to get started. Students need an activated account/page in order to fully participate in the online fundraiser.
2. Add your contacts. 📱
Students can add family and friends in the Contacts section of their fundraising account. This makes it easy to send automatic emails and share the fundraiser through text messages.
3. Share, share, share! 📲
Encourage your child to log in to their fundraising dashboard and use the built-in tools to post on social media and send reminders to family and friends. The more people who see their fundraiser, the more opportunities they have to earn sales!
4. Personalize your fundraising page. ⭐
Students can log in and visit Campaign Setup to personalize their fundraising page. Adding a personal message can help family and friends connect with the student and encourage them to support their fundraiser.

Students should turn in their prize coupons as they reach each level. And don't forget—students can wear their collectible(s) for a chance to be “Caught with Cash!” 💰
